Alex brings a decade of experience advising high-growth, venture- and private equity-backed technology companies on talent strategy and executive hiring. He specializes in building world-class go-to-market teams, partnering closely with founders and investors to scale organizations through critical inflection points.
Prior to joining Inflection, Alex was a foundational hire at Candidate Labs, where he helped build and scale the firm’s Go-To-Market practice, focusing on early- to growth-stage technology companies. Before that, he was a Senior Associate at True Search, leading executive-level sales and marketing searches for top-tier portfolio companies.
Earlier in his career, Alex served as Assistant Director of Business Development at GRT Capital Partners, a Boston-based investment manager. There, he worked closely with clients and portfolio company leadership on strategic initiatives, including talent acquisition, growth planning, and investor engagement.
He also held the role of Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at August Enterprises, where he led M&A and strategic investment efforts—overseeing planning, execution, and integration across acquisitions and joint ventures.
Outside of work, Alex splits his time between North Carolina, Connecticut, and Vermont. He is a Special Olympics coach and enjoys golf, skiing, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
