He brings a highly hands-on, partner-led approach to executive search, working directly with founders from role definition through close.
Prior to founding Inflection Group, Harry spent nearly a decade in executive search, consistently performing at the top of the industry. He was a top 1% performer out of more than 500 recruiters at Michael Page, earning multiple promotions across markets, and later became the top-performing recruiter at RevelOne.
This experience, combined with deep exposure to early-stage and scaling environments, informs how he advises founders on role design, candidate assessment, and long-term team building.
At Inflection Group, Harry has led searches across VP and C-level roles in Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and broader GTM leadership, supporting companies from first executive hire through growth and scale. He is known for running high-signal, efficient search processes that emphasize founder alignment, rigor, and durable outcomes.
Based in Los Angeles, Harry enjoys chasing the perfect golf swing and classic cars and motorcycles — all of which remain works in progress.
